      Sustainable Economies: Flash Talk

As a community steward or concerned resident of the Inland Empire, you are invited to join other leaders from across various fields and backgrounds to discuss possibilities, challenges and opportunities for a sustainable economy.  Is there a balance between business development and the environment?  What local best practices can we model?  What can we do as business owners and community leaders to help avert an environmental crisis?  Passionate presenters will provide the audience with insights aimed at fostering action-oriented, ahaa-moments and challenge you to create the next level of actionable goals.  Group discussions will foster ideas at the intersection of sustainable business development and healthy, resilient communities.  This "flash talk" is part of a series of events celebrating the 25th Year Anniversary of the California Desert Protection Act.  All attendees are welcomed to stay at the museum for a free Pop-Up Art Exhibition inspired by desert landscapes beginning at 6pm.  We look forward to seeing you soon! Confirmed speakers include: J.D. Wang, ReRubber Ray Anderson, Anderson Busines Coaching Jasmine Clark, IE Resource Conservation District Amanda Pace, REI CO-OP Michelle C. Burroughs, Center for Healthy Communities Roberto Morales, Nature For All
